Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before proceeding with any service.

1. Service Charges

Once an application or service process has been initiated, service charges are non-refundable.

2. Government / Airline Fees

Any Government fees, portal fees, or airline charges paid are non-refundable as per respective authority rules.

3. Rejection or Delay

If an application is rejected or delayed due to Government rules, document issues, or verification failure, no refund will be provided.

4. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests after service initiation will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any refund-related disputes will be addressed within 7 working days. The decision of Nanbenda E-Sevai management is final regarding service charge refunds.

Important Note: The Service Charge paid to Nanbenda E-Sevai is for our time and assistance. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once we check your documents and start the data entry process, even if the application is later rejected by the Government/Airline.
